RESQ Assistant and AI processing

When you consent to an AI explanation, your current chat context and selected attachment are sent through our server to OpenAI. Assistant conversations and attachments are not saved to your RESQ account or our application database; OpenAI processes them under its API data policies. Clear chat removes this page’s conversation. Account health-record uploads are a separate feature and remain stored until deletion is requested.

What we collect

Account name and email, order and appointment details, and documents you choose to upload are stored to manage your requests. Do not upload information you do not want the care operator to access.

Who can access your information

Your account data and documents are available to you and authorised RESQ operators. Information may be shared with a care provider as needed to arrange your requested service.

Your choices

Contact 7973070767 to request access, corrections or deletion of your information. Sign out on shared devices. Account sessions expire after seven days.
